Refund Policy

At HavenArk, operated by Finloop Tech Private Limited, we strive to provide high-impact educational and financial learning experiences. Due to the nature of digital products and services offered — including live webinars, trading programs, mentorship sessions, and digital community access — we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

1. General Policy

All payments made to HavenArk are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise on a specific product or service at the time of purchase.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Masterclasses and trading bootcamps
Webinars and recorded sessions
Monthly or lifetime memberships
Algo trading tools or strategy modules
Mentorship services
Access to our private community platforms (e.g., Discord)

2. Exceptions (If Any)
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment made for the same service
Technical error during transaction resulting in failed access
In such cases, users must contact support within 3 days of the payment, with valid proof (transaction ID, screenshots, etc.). Upon verification, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. No Show / Inactivity

If you fail to attend a live webinar, session, or do not engage with the program after purchase, you will not be eligible for any refund. Access once granted cannot be reversed or transferred.


4. Service-Specific Terms

Some courses or services may include a satisfaction guarantee or partial refund clause. These will be clearly stated on the respective product page or order confirmation. If not mentioned, the default no-refund policy applies.
